Description: 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate safety inductions and log all personnel movements on/off the rig.
  • Act as Journey Manager and operate the Journey Management System.
  • Report any journey issues immediately to the Toolpusher and Company Man.
  • Plan and coordinate staff transport, crew changes, travel tickets, and hotel accommodations.
  • Prepare crew manifests for shift changes.
  • Administor rig crew schedule in coordination with Head Office and Tool pusher.
  • Identify and address crew shortages promptly.
  • Provide daily updates to the Toolpusher on crew movements and availability.
  • Perform all routine rig and camp administrative duties.
  • Maintain personnel, time, and attendance records.
  • Resolve payroll issues in coordination with Head Office.
  • Prepare monthly staff reports and analysis.
  • Administor all site communications and maintain confidentiality and records.
  • Follow emergency communication procedures, monitor distress frequencies, and support emergency reporting.
  • Maintain emergency contact lists and act as First Aid Attendant.

Minimum Requirments:

  • General education diploma.
  • 2 years of experience in oil & gas.
  • Journey managment certificate is preferred.
  • ROP license is mandatory.
