Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management.
- Improve processes and ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and QHSE requirements.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and chemicals, and ensure assets are counted and recorded.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and lead performance review meetings.
- Monitor and control CT & SMS/FB operational costs, ensuring alignment with CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and updated MPRO records.
- Lead internal/external meetings and address management queries related to operations and financials.
- Ensure all company processes, SOPs, and documents are followed and updated.
- Conduct regular site visits and document non‑compliance findings.
- Plan and coordinate job execution to meet client requirements.
- Oversee service delivery and ensure full compliance with Abraj and client SOPs.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of operational staff.
- Maintain succession plans and employee development/training plans.
- Conduct operational improvement meetings and review SOPs.
- Ensure annual objectives and performance reviews are completed on time.
- Lead the Competency Management Program to meet all KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or any related field.
- 10 years of experience in Coil Tubing.
