Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery.
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring proper resource allocation, materials, and readiness.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve processes in line with KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and organizational policies; conduct site visits and investigate incidents.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance and accurate records (ERM & MPRO).
- Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, including forecasting and stock control to avoid operational disruptions.
- Control operational expenses and manage third-party services in line with financial and procurement guidelines.
- Lead and supervise staff, including timesheet approval, recruitment support, and performance management.
- Ensure team competency through training, coaching, and development programs aligned with HR standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
- 8 (Eight) years of experience.
