Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Promote excellent customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all job phases.
- Supervise all job site activities including personnel, equipment, rig-up, and job preparation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Oversee spotting, rigging up, and connecting equipment (treating lines, hoses, wellhead connections) in line with company safety standards.
- Plan, supervise, and execute chemical mixing and pumping operations according to established procedures.
- Ensure safe job execution including setup, operation, mobilization, and demobilization of all equipment.
- Coordinate the preparation, maintenance, and cleanup of equipment for ongoing and upcoming operations.
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Manage and control chemical and spare parts inventory effectively.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and train cement crew members to ensure high performance and competency development.
- Review job programs with management and customer representatives to ensure alignment with operational capabilities.
- Ensure timely mobilization of personnel, equipment, and materials to the job site.
- Complete and maintain all required documentation (logs, reports, checklists, scorecards) in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to company rules, HSE procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Continuously improve personal skills and performance through competency development processes.
Minimum Requirmensts:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
